The kitchen cooks what the bay provides

Breakfast for hotel guests every day, dinner Thursday to Saturday. The menu changes when the boats come in with something else.

Breakfast

Always included, never runs out

Breakfast is laid out at the long table 7.30 to 10 am, weekends until 10.30, and is included in every room rate. Bread from our own oven, eggs from the farm in the village, herring and cheese from nearby. Anyone leaving before seven gets a thermos and a sandwich to take along.

Dinner

Thursday to Saturday from 6 pm

A short menu that follows the season, with the standing exception that the fish soup never leaves it. Tables are booked at the front desk or by phone; hotel guests have first pick, but the dining room is open to everyone.
